For Drain Tanking, both provide more damage than Big Blue. With Drain Tanking the idea is to let the mob hit you and Drain Life more than theyan hit you for. Therefore, Big Blue is kinda useless sie his damage israp. I'd tually prefer the Imp to the ScubusFelhunter after you get to Dark Pt though. The other reason is they are somewhat useful in world PvP eounters. With the Felhunter, mages don't stand ahae, and you tually have ahae to see that rogue sneaking up on you. With the Scubus youan Sede people, whhan be useful at times.
The best way to level (imo) is aombination of drain tanking and drain hunting: Send void while dotting the target and then don't think about agro. The mob should stay on the void until the first drainsb ends. When the mob gets to you, drain-tank. This way your void will always be alive and you will level mh faster bause of MH LOWERooldown. Well, maybe that style works for you, but as MANY MANY other lks will tell you, both here and at other warlk spif forums, Drain Tanking with Scy out Pre-Dark Pt and Imp Dark Pt is THE BEST way of levelling. Also, if your gonna tell others to reseah, maybe you should first. Ask any other experieed warlk what the best way to level is. Try asking over at the warlk spif forums The Warlk's Den, or even in the thread a little ways down, how dodid you level your lk. See, I have done all that. You apparently haven't. What it reallyomes down to in the end though, is playstyle. There is no one best soloing pet, as the pets are nearly as versatile as we are. Situationally, one may be better than another. The Felhunteran tually take a little damage fairly well, and using the mixed style you do, letting him take a few hits before you get aggro tually works very well, and puts out more damage and utility than a VW.
